Katie was born and raised in York and spent 17 years living in Alaska.  It was Katie's deep connection to her hometown and her strong ties to her family that compelled her to move back to York.  She began her real estate career in Anchorage, Alaska in 1978 and has continued working as a Realtor since her return to York in 1989.  Whether she's visiting with family and friends, reading in front of the fireplace, tending her flower gardens or teaching Bailey Bird, her talking pet parakeet, a new phrase, Katie embraces life with a passion all her own.  "In life, it's so important to have a positive attitude," she says.

Honored by the Realtor's Association of York and Adams County

RAYAC recently honored members at its Installation & Awards Breakfast.  Katie was honored for 10 years of service on RAYAC's Board of Directors, Affordable Housing Committee and Consumer Protection Committee, which she has chaired since 2007.  Andy Collins presented Katie with her award!

REALTOR.com National Speaker, Joe Sesso, has presented to Katie of Morgan Collins Realtors the "Real Estate Online Marketing Award of Excellence".  The Award of Excellence recognizes top agents who consistently provide great marketing services on behalf of their buyers and sellers.
